The Mission Of Dinosaur Battlegrounds

Our goal is create an experience that is immersive, entertaining, educational, realistic, challenging, and thought-provoking. We do not intend to debate or champion any single hypothesis, or politics. We will rely on collaboration with and guidance from the scientific community, including research done by our own team members, as we aim to contribute our skills to create a tool that is broad in scope that we hope can contribute to  the  search for the truth about the Earth's incredible history and push the limits of what paleoart has been able to contribute to the study of ancient life.

  • To remain accurate and simulate reality close enough to offer a means by which scientists can aid and back up their hypotheses; socially, visually and mechanically.

  • To provide scientists with a tool by which they can directly communicate their research in a way that can reach young minds and inspire more people to learn about the science.

  • To use a portion of our revenue to fund fossil digs, and research projects in the earth sciences, particularly projects that can aid us in improving simulations used in our software.

  • To aid in the endeavour set out by organizations to improve the standards of paleo art, and break down misconceptions in both the art and science.

  • To acquire and utilize data garnered from current grant projects and lab studies, in a way that can allow us to understand them better and continue to evolve our mechanics to achieve scientific viability.

  • To carve out a path for entirely new genre of gaming that takes the standards to new heights and offer fresh experiences for players in an industry that has become too reliant on hashing out the same formulas to reach a bottom line.

  • To test our designs and concepts on players so that we may ascertain the effectiveness of our experiments in creating a true and realistic experience that is believable, full of depth and life that is constantly engaging and fun, and continues to teach others.

  • To build a virtual environment with the aid of scientists that accurately mimics that of the earth and has the same effects on animal life that it would have had during the time periods and places we reconstruct.
